Component InterTechnologies Ireland Limited (CIT Ireland Limited) is a diversified manufacturing Company specializing in the production of high precision, tight tolerance metal and glass to metal seal components for the Electronic, Aerospace & Automotive related industries.

CIT originated in 1956 as Glass Tite Industries Inc. (GTI), concentrating on the development and production of Glass to Metal Seal components for the then infant semiconductor industry.

Since that time CIT has developed and expanded its primary know-how in the production of metal and glass components by perfecting various techniques in the production of Welded Lead Wires, Wire & Metal Forming, Wire Cutting, Cold Heading, Micro Forming, Glass to Metal Sealing, Glass to Glass Sealing & Glass Cutting.

CIT is proud of its reputation as a leading manufacturer of customized parts within the markets we serve.

CIT’S Quality Department incorporates ISO 9001 certified quality system, receiving its first ISO certification in 1996.

SPC is utilized throughout our production process along with final inspection monitoring for further verification of product quality. We can also implement 100% inspection for special projects if required.
